SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship all products within 1 working day, provided orders are placed before 4 PM Monday - Friday. We offer delivery UK-wide (including the Scottish Highlands) and can assist if you are ordering outwith the UK, just get in touch on the contact details here.

All orders will be shipped Royal Mail Second Class unless otherwise agreed.

Our click-and-collect service is available Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 16:30 and orders can be ready the same day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns for products that are damaged only and aim to have refunds processed within 3 - 5 working days - there is no fee for return postage.

Refunds will be processed and returned using the same method of payment used to purchase.

We can offer a credit note for use in-store for all other returns.

If the product you have received is damaged, in the first instance please email the store (within 3 days) at thetreehousecampbeltown@gmail.com with images of the damage and your order number/confirmation. We will endeavor to assist you in any way we can.
